Purpose

This notice governs access to the eskadia.com and app.eskadia.com sites and to Eskadia's mobile applications. Use of the Platform with an account is further governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the sites and applications —text, design, code, logos and trade marks— belong to Eskadia or are used with the authorisation of their owners. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for the private use required in order to browse.

Liability

Eskadia endeavours to keep the information on the sites accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions or failures beyond its control. Liability for use of the Platform is governed by the Terms of Service.

Third-party links

The sites may contain links to third-party pages. Eskadia does not control their content or their policies and is not responsible for them.

Cookies

On the Platform (app.eskadia.com) and in the mobile applications, only technical items strictly necessary to provide the service are used, which are exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI):

There is no third-party analytics, advertising or profiling. The error monitoring tool installs no cookies and does not record your session.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes concerning the sites are submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless the user qualifies as a consumer, in which case the courts of their domicile are competent and the mandatory rules of their country of residence apply.
